Despite a significant decline in the estimated number of AIDS-related deaths over the last five years, there were still an estimated 1.8 million AIDS-related deaths in 2010.
Symptoms caused by opportunistic infections
Opportunistic infections are caused by germs that are around us all the time but which can normally be fought off by a healthy immune system. Once the immune system is sufficiently weakened, such infections will develop and produce any of a wide range of symptoms. Some of these symptoms can be very severe. Certain cancers also become more common when the immune system is weakened.
Such symptoms, however, cannot themselves be interpreted as definite signs of HIV infection or AIDS. A diagnosis of AIDS requires signs of severe immune deficiency, which cannot be explained by any factor except HIV. This generally requires an HIV test.
Symptoms following HIV infection
Some people who become infected with HIV do not notice any immediate change in their health. However, some suffer from a brief flu-like illness within a few weeks of becoming infected, or develop a rash or swollen glands
Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIS) are commonly used in combination with NRTIs to help keep the virus from multiplying. Examples of NNRTIs are efavirenz (Sustiva), nevirapine (Viramune), delavirdine (Rescriptor), and etravirine (Intelence). Rilpivirine (Edurant), the newest member of this class of drugs, was approved by the U.S. FDA in May of 2011.

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a condition that gradually destroys the body's immune defense system and makes the body vulnerable to opportunistic diseases. These medications interrupt virus replication at a later step in its life cycle, preventing cells from producing new viruses.
Pregnant women who are HIV-positive should seek care immediately because HAART therapy reduces the risk of transmitting the virus to the fetus.

He grabs by beard any and every chance or excuse to be close to her. And he is hell bent on pulling Samir's leg in front of her. An equal contender for Sonia's hand, Pyaare is a potential threat to Samir. He can blow his cover.
The cobweb of Samir's lies grows thicker with Sonia's growing inquisition. Things get chaotic and confusing to such an extent that Samir holds his head and clamors - ?Maine Pyar KYUN!!! Kiya?

Salman Khan has a double role in this movie. The story starts out in the hands of Raja (Salman Khan I) and Mala (Karisma Kapoor), with Mala falling for Raja. Raja shrugs her off, although she is still after him. Mala's father (Kader Khan) wants Mala to get married to Prem, a rich young man coming from America, Prem (Salman Khan II). And so the fun starts. As Mala's father goes to receive Prem from the airport, Mala runs away, and there comes Rupa (Rambha) and her mother to receive Prem. Prem immediately kisses Rupa, but Rupa runs away crying. Prem then goes to Mala's home to stay. When Mala comes back home from her endeavor with Raja, she sees Prem and is astonished. Its just then when Tiger, the villain of the film, kills a police officer that was after him. As he does that Raja's sister is watching and says that she'll take that to the courts. So Tiger is after her and Raja. But the comedy doesn't stop there. Itcontinues till the end of the film, including at the final scenes.
Dances and music play a vital part in this movie, although a couple songs, like "Oonchi Hai Building" and "Tan Tana Tan" are both irritating, the other songs are picturized well and are slightly hummable. "East Aur West India is the Best" is the best picturized song and has been choreographed excellently and Salman Khan and Rambha do a good job in the dances.

Lovely Singh (Salman Khan) as the newly-appointed hot-n-happening bodyguard of Divya (Kareena Kapoor) who follows her everywhere from classroom till bedroom.
